• Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive basic authentication details including your name, email address, profile photo URL, and unique Google OAuth identifier to authenticate and personalize your account.
• Watchlist & Preferences: The stocks you star or add to your personal watchlist, along with your interface preferences (such as Light/Dark mode), are stored so they seamlessly sync across your devices and browser sessions.
• Technical & Diagnostic Data: Standard server logs, including browser type, operating system, IP address, and page response timestamps, collected automatically for server stability, caching, and rate limiting.
• Telegram Interactions (Optional): If you join our official Telegram channel (@zerobreakout), your participation is governed by Telegram's independent privacy policy. We do not collect or store private Telegram messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

• To maintain, sync, and display your personalized stock watchlist.
• To authenticate your session and prevent unauthorized access.
• To deliver real-time technical breakout alert notifications (if you explicitly opt in).
• To optimize server infrastructure, mitigate denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, and maintain platform uptime.

3. Third-Party Services

ZeroBreakout integrates with trusted third-party service providers to power specific technical features:

• Google Firebase & Google OAuth: Used for secure, token-verified user authentication.
• Google Gemini API: Used exclusively to generate automated technical chart commentary. No personal user data or trading account details are sent to Gemini.
• National Stock Exchange of India (NSE): Public market data and EOD closing prices are ingested from official public archives (no user data involved).
• Broker Affiliate Partners: We provide referral links to leading Indian stock brokers (Zerodha, Kotak Neo, Fyers, Angel One) to assist users in opening demat accounts. If you click an external broker link, you leave ZeroBreakout and become subject to that broker's privacy practices.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your account and watchlist data only for as long as your account remains active. You hold full control over your personal data:

• Access & Export: You can view all saved watchlist items directly within the Watchlist tab.
• Account Deletion: You can request immediate and permanent deletion of your account and associated watchlist records at any time by emailing us at zerobossai@gmail.com.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

ZeroBreakout utilizes browser LocalStorage and Service Worker caching exclusively for essential application functionality (such as preserving your Light/Dark theme preference, offline caching of assets, and maintaining active session tokens). We do not employ third-party advertising tracking cookies.

6. Security of Your Data

We implement modern industry-standard security headers (HSTS, Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options) and end-to-end HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption to protect your data against interception, clickjacking, and cross-site scripting attacks.
